We use tools like HRV tracking, CO₂ tolerance testing, breath pattern analysis, and your unique Human Design chart to tailor the work to your physiology and psychology.
What is Human Design and how is it used in coaching?
Human Design is a system that combines astrology, genetics, and energy centers to reveal how you’re wired to operate. We use it to help you make decisions and build habits in alignment with your natural strengths.
I’ve tried breathwork before—how is this different?
Our breathwork is science and trauma-informed and trauma-aware. It’s not about hyperventilating or chasing catharsis, but about rewiring your stress response and expanding your resilience over time.
