Phase 2
Influence & Strategic Growth (Outer Work)

If the previous stage focused on internal work, this phase will address external factors. We’ll analyze your team and organizational structure. We’ll explore the expectations upper management has regarding your next level, and how those align with your strengths and weaknesses.

By the end of this phase you will:

Master workplace dynamics and position yourself for promotions.
Develop executive presence and communication strategies that make leadership take notice.
Create a personalized career progression roadmap to achieve leadership roles.

Learn effective upward managing and influencing techniques, as well as the cornerstones of efficient networking.

Phase 3 Leadership Embodiment & Expansion (Bringing it All Together)

This phase is about owning your leadership presence and stepping into the next version of yourself—the leader who is seen, respected, and promoted.

In this phase you will:

Expand your leadership identity by defining the key qualities that you need to stretch to reach your next level using my signature Stretch Till Fetch framework.
Bring your executive presence to the next level, refining both verbal and non-verbal communication so you command authority in meetings and decision-making rooms.
Deepen resilience and stress mastery, using science-backed tools and strategies to navigate high-pressure environments, so challenges no longer shake your confidence.
Build a self-sustaining career strategy so you always stay in alignment with your goals.

By the end of this stage, you’ll feel confident, secure, and ready to take your next big leap.
