What sets me apart as a coach is the depth and integration of my experience—spanning over a decade as a dedicated runner and eight years coaching athletes of all levels. As an ultrarunner myself, I understand firsthand what it takes to train for the long haul—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My coaching goes beyond miles and pace charts. I bring in a holistic perspective that includes smart fueling strategies, injury prevention, and the kind of mindset work that builds true resilience.
